Elizabeth is our founder and CEO. She has over 10 years working in work force development and Change Management. She is passionate about serving those that serve.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Masters in Industry Organization Psychology, Prosci Change Practitioner as well as SHRM-Senior Certified Professional. Her specialties are Change Management, developing training programs, and consulting on organizational transitions.

Prather holds a Masters in Psychology, is an EMT-A.
